After the successful benchmarking effort of the German Research Foundation (DFG) funded Next Generation Sequencing Competence Network (NGS-CN) and the GHGA, we are excited to invite you to participate in a new benchmarking initiative for Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) pipelines, utilizing the cutting-edge Seraseq® reference materials to benchmark challenging small pathogenic variants and structural variants.
Evaluate the performance of your NGS pipelines with SeraSeq's high-quality, reference materials designed to mimic real-world biological samples and gain insights into the accuracy, precision, and sensitivity of your pipelines, ensuring robust and reliable results.
