The ITCC Pediatric Cancer Data Portal and GHGA

What is ITCC?

The ITCC pediatric cancer data portal is an international partnership involving clinical programs from seven nations aiming to aggregate and harmonise genomic data from over 6000 pediatric cancer cases. Coordinated by the Hopp Children's Cancer Center Heidelberg (KiTZ) the project brings together major international initiatives dedicated to advancing pediatric cancer research and treatment. By consolidating valuable data, ITCC strives to pave the way for more effective and personalised therapies for children battling cancer.

ITCC and GHGA

Within the project, GHGA will contribute to the development of a data sharing and analysis platform. This platform will be a cornerstone of the ITCC consortium’s efforts to improve molecular diagnosis and targeted therapies for children with cancer. GHGA’s contributions will help streamline the integration and analysis of complex genomic data, driving forward innovations in treatment and patient care.
