About Me
I have a B.Sc. in Mathematics and M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of BrasÃlia in Brazil. I have also completed a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, with a doctoral internship at the University of Chicago, working on scientific workflows and provenance. I have worked in the National Laboratory for Scientific Computing in Brazil and the University of Jena in areas including scientific data management, computational workflows, high performance computing, and public-key infrastructures.
Having the opportunity to integrate these different areas and contributing to the creation of a critical data infrastructure for genomics and healthcare have led me to joining GHGA. In particular, I coordinate the integration of GHGA with the European Genomic Data Infrastructure (GDI).
