About Me
As a bioinformatician by training, I develop tools for the analysis of genomic and transcriptomic data. During my PhD, I developed AbExp, a tool for predicting the impact of genetic variants on aberrant gene expression across human tissues. Besides I am also a passionate system administrator and was responsible for the procurment and management of our lab's high performance computing cluster.
At GHGA, I am working on developing and improving cloud-based workflows for the analysis of genomic data.
