About Me
I studied Molecular Biology and Genetics in Turkey, followed up with a PhD in MPI-bpc Goettingen where I worked on Nucleocytoplasmic Transport. Producing lots of data to go through, I had to learn programming, and that’s how I stepped into the software development world. I moved to Harvard Medical School to work on scientific data portals like 4D Nucleome as senior data wrangler and product manager.
As the technical coordinator of GHGA, I am responsible for keeping track of the requirements, conveying them to the dev team, and making the necessary connections to internal and external efforts. With a state-of-the-art software solution, GHGA will be the pilot for genomics analysis infrastructure in Germany and Europe.
