I did my bachelors in genetics and Bioinformatics and completed my Ph.D in computational biology and comparative genomics. My work experience so far has mainly been focused on bioinformatics pipelines development and data analysis.
Within the GHGA-Team, I will be responsible for developing and maintaining genomics and health web services following the Global Alliance for Genomics and Health (GA4GH) standards and integrating them with the European Genomic Data Infrastructure (GDI).
